VEC Comment Automation is a single-tenant Instagram automation built and operated by Van Every Family Chiropractic Center, PLLC for its own Instagram professional account, @vaneveryfamilychiropractic. These terms cover use of that automation.

What it does

When a follower comments a configured keyword on the clinic's own Instagram post or reel, the app sends that follower one private reply relevant to what they commented. It is the standard "comment-to-DM" pattern: a patient or prospective patient comments a keyword and receives a private message back with the relevant link. Replies are rate-limited and sent only in direct response to a comment the person themselves made.

Who can use it

The app operates for one Instagram account: the clinic's own. It is not a multi-tenant product and is not offered for signup by other businesses. Anyone who comments the configured keyword on the clinic's public posts may receive the automated private reply described above.

Acceptable use

The app is intended for legitimate patient and prospective-patient engagement on the clinic's own content. We do not use it to send unsolicited marketing messages, to message accounts that have not first commented, or to circumvent Instagram's own platform policies. Use of the app is subject to Instagram's and Meta's applicable platform terms in addition to these terms.

No warranty

The app is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that every comment will receive a reply, that replies will be instantaneous, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Delivery depends on Instagram's platform and API availability, which is outside our control.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app's functionality changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
